APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Walk-ins are always welcome,however, it is recommended that you pre-book your treatment in advance to ensure the desired appointment time and service are available.We require 24 hrs notice for cancellations, but 48 hrs is greatly appreciated. If you are 5 minutes late, modifications may need to be made to your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late we may need to re-schedule your appointment as a “NO SHOW”. One missed appointment or cancellation without proper notice (24 hrs) will require a NON- REFUNDABLE prepayment of $100 for your next appointment.
FIRST APPOINTMENT:
Please arrive 10 minutes early so there is time to complete the necessary client form on your first scheduled appointment.
FREE PARKING:
Reserved parking stalls for clients are available outside of the front entrance of the spa.
GRATUITIES AND TAXES:
Gratuities and taxes are not included in the price of your service. Gratuities may be given to your technician based on appreciation for excellent service.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NON-REFUNDABLE. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR SERVICE, AN IN STORE CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED.
